John has been involved in the transport, mining and civil contract industries for the past 30 years.
Since joining Access Capital in 2000, John’s customer base has continued to grow. As Managing Director, he still travels extensively throughout South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia to maintain strong working relationships with his valued customers.

Liz has more than 25 years’ experience in sales, marketing and business management in addition to extensive studies including a Bachelor of Management. Having previously owned her own real estate company, Liz has been a Managing Director of Access Capital since July 2009.
Joining the team in 2003, Liz has developed a loyal client base whom she enjoys working with, whilst also being actively involved in the day to day management of Access Capital.

Jake joined Access Capital in 2014, quickly progressing through the business to his present role as a Finance Broker, whilst completing his Degree in Commerce Accounting and Corporate Finance.
In addition to his youth, Jake brings an enthusiastic, can-do attitude. With a clear focus on putting his clients at the centre of everything he does, Jake is fast building a reputation as someone who gets the job done.
A lover of the outdoors, Jake enjoys pretty much all sports, with a real passion for playing AFL football.
Joining the Access Capital team as a Finance Broker in 2022, Todd brings 9 years of retail banking experience, with his most recent role as a Senior Branch Manager.
Todd prides himself on investing the time required to understand his client’s business to ensure he identifies the most appropriate financial solutions to suit their individual needs. He understands the time and commitment involved in running a business. Todd focuses on delivering a seamless and efficient experience to take the stress out of arranging finance for his clients.
Outside of the office, Todd enjoys spending time on the Murray River, Water skiing with friends and family as well as playing local football for Mypolonga.

Dean had established a finance and sales career spanning more than a decade prior to joining Access Capital as a Finance Broker in 2010.
His previous employment has included roles in finance business management, as well as fleet and sales management.
As a result, Dean has built up excellent knowledge in finance and sales within the Transport, and Plant and Equipment Industries, in both country and metro regions.

Joining Access Capital as a Finance Broker in 2020 Dean brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the heavy vehicle transport and associated industries throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Dean’s 30 years’ experience within the transport industry has included roles in management, sales, administration, and service. This experience, together with Dean’s hard work and passion enables him to secure the best possible financial solutions to meet his clients’ individual needs.
Whilst he’s a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he’s just as much an easy going, friendly and humorous business partner who ensures his client’s best interests are always at the forefront of everything he does.
Outside of work Dean enjoys water skiing, checking out the horse racing – thoroughbreds, and getting away on weekends when possible.
